Glassblowing Intensive!
Always wanted to try glassblowing? In this one day intensive, students will learn the process of blowing molten glass to create a glass piece of their own design. This workshop will cover safety, vocabulary, and step-by-step instruction of glassblowing techniques. Each student will make three introductory glass pieces including a solid sculpture, a blown glass hanging orb, and a drinking vessel. A unique final piece will be made by each student as a product of their own design and newly developed skills in glassblowing. All skill levels welcome!
